Hello and Welcome! My name is Tamara and thank you for taking the first step in the process of growth. There is so much we go through in life and sometimes we do not even know the first step in navigating through those issues. At times we become overwhelmed and don’t know how to cope. We often don’t think it’s necessary to seek assistance in navigating life and we are ashamed/embarrassed. That’s normal and it is okay. We are human, your feelings are valid.  In the span of 15 years, I have had an opportunity to work with a wide range of people ranging from preteens, couples and families. My areas of specialty are in life transitions, depression, trauma, anxiety, behavioral issues, relationship issues and family transitions.Together we can cultivate a safe space for you to relieve your thoughts, express your emotions and increase your self-awareness.

Life can be messy, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to help you unpack the chaos, untangle your thoughts, and find your way forward—whether that means kicking anxiety to the curb, breaking free from old patterns, or simply learning to love and understand yourself better. Using an integrated approach, I will work with you to craft personalized tools that will assist you on your journey to healing. No judgment, no pressure—just a space where you can be your true self and start building the future you want. I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients, including children, teens, adults and elders who have experienced depression, anxiety, substance abuse, PTSD, ADHD, autism, dementia and a variety of other mental health diagnoses. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves, dive in, and work toward lasting change, I’d love to be a part of your journey. Let’s make progress together, and maybe even have a little fun along the way!
